I need help installing Auto-DOC.
My problem is not covered on this form.

Auto-DOC Errors:    I received the error:  I received no errors while Auto-DOC was initializing after I clicked Open Patient when I double clicked on the Record Date while I was typing text into a window while I was selecting from a Dropdown List while generating a SOAP Note while generating a Narrative while generating a Form while saving a record while closing Auto-DOC Other
Please tell us as much as you can about the troubles that you are experiencing in 250 characters or less.

Hotsync Problems:  There is no place to plug my cradle in.

My hand-held device will not sync:  Does not apply Nothing happens It syncs but nothing is transferred Only empty records are transferred Other

Printer Problems:
When I select Print from within Auto-DOC:  I am not experiencing printer problems I can send to the printer but nothing happens it brings up the print window and locks up I get a message saying that the printer is not ready it prints garbage or the text is distorted I never see the print window Other

Backup:
I backup using:  a tape system a Zip or Zoom disk a SuperDisk a CD-R a CD-RW a swappable drive Windows' Backup Autoback I just copy to my hard drive I don't backup
When I try to backup:  I don't have a backup problem I don't know how to backup my database when I start my backup nothing happens my backup system runs every night but nothing backs up my backup system tells me that my tape is full and I only have one When I try to restore it tells me that there is nothing there Autoback tells me that there is nothing to do Autoback tells me that it can't create Auto.zip Autoback looks like it is working but I can't find the file Other

Hardware problems:
My computer does not boot (start):  This does not apply It beeps at me but does nothing I can hear motors running but the screen is black It makes NO sound, nothing happens Other
